How to Use

1. Start with clean, dry brows after applying your complexion makeup and before your mascara. Using the spoolie, apply a small amount of Brow Laminating Gel to coat your brow hairs
2. Brush hairs back and forth to evenly distribute the brow gel, then use the comb end to shape and lift brows into place for a laminated look.
3. Fill sparse areas as needed with Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precise Brow Pencil for added definition.
